My name is Judy A. Hewitt,
I am a 2-x bestselling author, speaker, and an enthusiastic advocate for caregivers. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Health Care Administration with three decades of experience in the healthcare industry.
As an accomplished healthcare professional her education has provided her with a solid foundation in both business and healthcare, together with being a caregiver to her mother diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver, has given her a unique insight into the challenges and obstacles that caregivers face daily.
Judy's life experience both professionally and personally was the inspiration for founding Self Care 4 Caregivers International Company. She knows firsthand the physical, emotional, and financial toll that caring for a loved one can take. She understands the importance of self-care and the impact it can have on a caregiver's well-being. With her guidance, caregivers can gain the support they need to thrive in their roles and take care of themselves along the way.
Through her current work as a Case Manager, Judy has witnessed firsthand the health equity and disparities that exist within her community. This experience has driven her to become an advocate for those in need and to support and educate members within her community.
Her mission is to empower caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to provide high-quality care while prioritizing their own self-care.
